Project Overview
The problem
The previous website was outdated, contained excessive unnecessary text, too many colors, and was overwhelming for users. It lacked consistent visual identity and failed to reflect the professional nature of the company.
The Goal
To redesign the website to create a modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly platform that effectively highlights Royal Ice's products, promotions, and business values. The new design would improve navigation, drive customer engagement, and enhance the brand’s online presence, ensuring a seamless browsing experience across all devices.
Competitive Audit
I analyzed websites of other ice cream manufacturers, focusing on industry trends, product presentation methods, and overall aesthetics. I noticed a trend toward clean, minimalist designs with striking product images.
Personas
I created two personas that represent the common needs of the users. These personas help in understanding key pain points and goals, allowing for more targeted solutions that align with user expectations.
Project Goals
By synthesizing user research, key insights were identified, forming the foundation for the Royal Ice' core values.

Prototype
WordPress Template Selection and Customization
I selected a WordPress template "Astra" that best suited the project's needs and began customizing it using Elementor.
Custom Graphics Creation
I designed new product graphics, ensuring visual consistency and attractive presentation of ice cream products.
I worked closely with the developer responsible for the backend to ensure proper functioning of all technical elements of the site.
Brand Refresh
I modernized visual identity elements, maintaining brand recognition while giving it a contemporary update.
I gathered informal feedback from the client and a few users. Based on that, I simplified the menu categories and made the mobile version more scannable.
Design System
To ensure visual consistency and streamline the design process, I developed a custom design system tailored to the needs of this project.

Existing clients began using the site as a convenient tool for placing orders, increasing retention and repeat purchases.
